Find All Kinds of Recreation in and around Ritzville!
Whether it's a refreshingly fun ride down the Ritzville Water Park's spiraling whitewater slide, raising your heart rate as you enjoy a pleasant walk through our town's two-mile walking path, or teeing off for a relaxing game of golf—recreation and fun for the whole family can be found all over town. So, when you're making your stay at Cedars Inn Ritzville and the kids start to get restless, we've provided you with a few suggestions sure to satisfy everyone's cravings for some fun.
This is definitely the place to be when the temperatures start rising. With not just one, but two great pools in which to frolic, swim and splash, there's room for everyone at the Ritzville Water Park. From a zero-depth wading area for the little ones and pop-up water jets for a little excitement to a serenely flowing dew drop, a realistic replication of a lurking alligator and the giant yellow whitewater spiral slide, these pools are the perfect place to cool off and play in the spring and summer months. With a large lap pool, diving board, drop slide and well-stocked concession stand, the Ritzville Water Park is also a great place adults and older kids to hang out.
Ritzville City Golf Course
With a gorgeously green and scenic nine-hole course, well-maintained grounds, golf cart rentals, tasty snacks, meals and beverages—all in a casually elegant atmosphere free of restrictive tee times—the Ritzville City Golf is a wonderful place to relax and unwind while visiting our fair little city.
Ritzville Walking Path
Like many large cities, Ritzville has carved out a beautifully maintained, easily accessible walking-running-biking path winding in a circular loop through some of the town's loveliest greenery, trees, parks and fairgrounds. Beginning at the corner of Main and Division Streets, the paved path meanders eastward toward our town's fairgrounds, and runs along the southern edge of town offering a beautiful view along the way as it winds its way back to Main Street.
